The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we adopt criteria from WCAG 2.2 Level AA where they apply.

This assessment covers the public pages of this website. It does not cover the signed-in application, including the VE Direct workspace, or the checkout pages, which we have not yet assessed. Parts of some pages are provided by other companies — sign-in, the anti-spam check on our forms, and call booking — and we do not control how those behave.
